Representative
We’re looking for a consultative salesperson who can turn good leads into profitable projects and who is excited to build long-term relationships with local builders and designers.
You’ll guide clients through the design and build process, helping them make informed decisions while delivering a high-end, tailored experience.

Key Responsibilities

Respond quickly to inbound enquiries from homeowners and builders.

Run structured discovery calls (budget, timing, space, goals).

Coordinate and attend Design & Protection Visits with Mario (owner / technical expert).

Present proposals and guide clients through decisions (quality vs shortcuts, long-term risks).

Follow up systematically until there is a clear yes/no.

Proactively build a pipeline by:

Contacting and nurturing local builders, architects, and designers.

Reactivating past quotes and service clients.

Turning “we thought about a wine room” into proper projects.

Basic Requirements
-
Experience in In-home sales for home upgrades/remodels (kitchens, baths, closets, garage systems, outdoor living, windows/doors, roofing, etc.).

Experience in sales rep or design consultant for custom homes or high-end remodeling.

Experience in sales for AV / smart home / home theater systems or other higher-ticket residential projects.

Bonus: any real interest in wine, design, or architecture.

2+ years in a quota-carrying sales role.

Comfortable meeting clients in their homes and on construction sites.

A track record of hitting targets and using a follow-up system (CRM or at least a spreadsheet).
