Mario from M & M Cellar Systems installed a new wine room cooling system in July 2020. He gave us several options and explained the advantages and disadvantages of each option. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. I always have a lot of questions.
Once we weighed the options, Mario showed up to install the new system. His experience really showed and allowed for a smooth installation that included removing the old system and setting up the new. Not only did he do a great job on the install, he was respectful of our home and kept a clean work environment. Both my husband and I were very pleased and happy to have our wine room up and operational again.
Fast forward to January 2021, we just had our first 6-month maintenance check. Mario showed up again and was just as professional and polite. A pleasure to have in our home. He verified that everything was working properly and made a few minor adjustments. Again we were extremely pleased with the service we received.
I would highly recommend Mario & this company to anyone looking to replace, purchase or maintain the cooling system for an existing or new wine room. I will definitely use them on an ongoing basis for maintenance and any future needs.

Mario is the owner and is simply totally competent! We learned how competent when we found he ONLY installs and services wine cellar units.
We had numerous problems with our wine cellar cooling unit till we met Mario after he was recommended by the manufacturer of the unit we had installed earlier by a different contractor. The earlier contractor proved his incompetence by proposing a totally new system to solve the problems.
In essence we found the most air conditioning contractors have no competence as to how to install or maintain cellar systems and ethical contractors don't even try.
The earlier contractor had no idea as to what to do and should not be selling wine cellar units.
Mario repaired our unit for a very reasonable price, corrected the installation errors of the earlier contractor, and now services the unit every 90 days at our request.

We recently worked with M&M on a custom wine cabinet installation with remote refrigeration and they did a fantastic job! The project was delayed several times through no fault on theirs and they were patient in rescheduling. Some of the previous reviews complain about appointments but honestly when a company is in high demand that is a testament to their quality of work. I would use Mario again in a heartbeat!

Thanks M&M you guys are the best! After a bad experience with another refrigeration company that tried to rip me off, I luckily was referred to M&M! Mario came out to my house and fixed my wine room refrigeration compressor without selling me anything. On the phone I had told him the other company told me I needed a new compressor and that mine does not work. I thought I would get a second opinion. When M&M showed up to install the new one Mario informed me that my compressor was perfectly fine, and had my system running within an hour. I don't ever yelp or do reviews but this was amazing service by really good and honest guys!
He could have easily sold me the new compressor he had brought with him, but instead gave me the great news that mine worked. The amount I paid was for the service call was a fraction of the price of the new compressor.
When I do need a new split system for the wine room (because mine is getting older) M&M will be my go to!

Highest level of service quality at a fair price. Out of all our providers, Mario and M&M Cellars are number one! I have referred M&M cellars to several friends and they are equally thrilled with the service. I got sold on M&M Cellars a few years ago when I was having a wine cellar problem that 4 other service companies could not fix. M&M figured it out in short order and the cellar had never had another problem.
